And home is where the kids are, where the husband is, where the wife is, where everything is going on around us at the same time and the employer or leader is asking for KPI deliverables.

  1. Competence: In addition to performing well, highly competent leaders go above and beyond. They combine these skills with high competence to elevate their organisations to new heights, whereas some people rely solely on relational skills to survive.

Leaders are typically judged on their character. A leader with moral integrity always chooses what is right rather than what is best for themselves. Maintaining their moral integrity in all of their dealings, both personal and professional, is extremely important to leaders with integrity.
