The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new client acquisition within the Health & Medical sector, building strong, lasting relationships with mid-to-large-sized companies. This role encompasses account management, ensuring financial prudence in product decisions, and collaborating with client services to maintain high levels of client satisfaction. The Managing Director will also provide formal client insights to validate product roadmaps and refine marketing messaging, working alongside marketing resources to ensure messaging resonates with prospective clients.
