Can we do this custom pipe size?

We stock 2” – 16”, schedules 40 & 80, which covers most typical pipe sizes that we see. If a different size is needed beyond that, we create a custom solution that’s manufactured to suit the specific Nominal Pipe Size (NPS) and line ID that our customer is using.

Can we customize the part using this material??

Our inventory material is 316 Stainless Steel, which is also our default material for anything custom parts. We’re able to use other materials at the customer’s request based on what their application requires. This includes aluminum, titanium, monel, Inconel, Hastelloy, incoloy, and bronze.?

Materials chosen are dependent on the application’s temperature, fluid composition, pressure, and other factors.

Can you manufacture a specific flange style?

All of our products are stocked in the industry standard ANSI Raised Face Flanges and pinned options, but we often do custom ones on request. Examples include RTJ (Ring Type Joint) and Weld in.??

As with anything custom, the design will depend on the specific customer application to ensure it works with the current piping and any flanges that they may have already bought.
