3 Christian Venture Capitalist For Startups and Entrepreneurs

The world media is not structured in a way to give the Christian community a voice, and they are not set out to showcase their works. And this has gone ahead to affect a lot of entrepreneurs and startups especially in raising funds like their Silicon Valley counterpart or against products that are not ‘faith-based’.
We are not looking at startups or entrepreneurs that are solving just social issues but those that have a mix of both, that is, “faith + social” or the faith personality startup type who wouldn’t want to come to the open for fear of missing out being accepted in the startup or tech or investment community.
And if you find yourself in as a startup whether you are creating stuff in tech or any other category, we have a list of VCs and Angel Investors, and we hope you will find one to help birth and grow that idea to become a world’s phenomenon.
VENTURE CAPITALISTS (VCs):
1. Christian Venture Capital (christianvc.com): Christian Venture Capital is an American global investment faith driven firm launched in 2015, which specializes in venture capital and invests across a range of industry sectors and geographic regions. CVC’s mission is to serve an underserved global Christian tech, investor, and consumer community. They believe faith driven startups, entrepreneurs and investors have had very limited options to connect via an experienced Christian VC firm to expedite soft-launching Christian-based business ministries and faith-driven ventures – until now. They focus on innovative tech-based companies that have high growth potential and can impact the Body of Christ worldwide.

2. Telos Ventures (telosventure.com): Telos Ventures Capital is an early-stage venture capital fund that builds and invests in Gospel-centered, for-profit ventures that have the potential for liquidity thereby multiplying. Telos is headquartered in Silicon Valley and invests globally and primarily in software-technology enabled solutions in the healthcare, education and general lifestyle sectors among others. They invest between $50,000 to $250,000 per company initially and are typical, though not necessarily, the first institutional investment. For them, Gospel-centered ventures are not necessarily Christian companies. Gospel-centered ventures seek to serve the world, foster innovation, shape organizational culture and embrace a broad stakeholder perspective in Christ.

3. Kingdom Venture Partners (kingdomventures.com): Kingdom Venture Partners achieve significant capital appreciation through selective investments in private companies, with a focus on education, energy, entertainment, financial services, information technology, Internet, life sciences, medical devices, minerals and mining, software and semiconductor, telecommunications and wireless. They prefer to work with serial entrepreneurs who have one or more successes under their belt, but will on rare occasion consider investing in first-time entrepreneurs. They invest $500,000 to $5,000,000 in direct investment opportunities with private companies, normally targeted for opportunities at an emerging or intermediate stage of growth (typically Series A, B or C rounds of financing), with experienced management, material revenues, attractive and sustainable margins, competitive advantage, barriers to entry, intellectual property, and/or scalable potential to increase market share.
