The week has gone by quickly and I am pretty pleased with the direction it's going in. I've had quite a few conversations and I continue to weigh up my options, I won't panic or be lead by fear. Abundance! Growth! Ambition! Transparency! Anything that is for me is going to be mine regardless and the rest will have to rest...

The Upside Down

I do have to state this off the top! What is the worth in being about transformation but remaining the same bias having, obstacle making type of organisation? What exactly is really going to change with that mindset? If your house is on fire, you should know how valuable a top firefighter is. However, if you continue to practice poor fire safety you'll have another fire inevitably. Imagine that!

There are still people who either doubt I do what I do or simply claim not to know altogether. Fair enough! The glow up is going to be glorious so pay close attention! My next move will be my best. The Weather is Great ??

I know it's a very British thing to complain about the weather. So much so, that I am pretty sure that was how the British rooted out foreign spies sent to infiltrate during war times. Make them pronounce certain words and then ask them about the weather! Haha, I love when it's hot and I like that I'm getting that glow you get from holiday for free! Costa Del London vibes!

Apart from exist and look cool in pics? I solve problems often in creative fashion. Look me up or read my profile may seem like a lazy response, however, I really did put the work in to pre-emptively answer questions. Very well now!

I Had No Idea You Write!

How Sway?! You definitely aint got all the answers! My books are on my LI header, in my link-tree and quite often in my posts on socials. Perhaps you didn't want to notice? I don't look like I have anything to say? Ever thought, that in itself is a statement? However, even in earlier articles from the newsletter; the books, the music and the film are mentioned explicitly. I really am a Creative blessed with ample amounts of Pragmatism. It's like Giannis with Steph's handles and range (Scary Good). However, people always want to send you to the G-League to 'humble you' or force you out the league like Melo...

So I modified my game and learnt the things they would pull from the sky as excuses. It's not my responsibility to dim my light so you can see me better now. Better get you some polarisers! It's not even that shocking, as someone who can create things that didn't exist before, why would the ability to coordinate tangible things and people be a struggle? An F1 driver would not be moved by the G's of a rollercoaster. They'll probably laugh it off!

Next Weeks Plan

Making a choice! Analysing the offers and start culling the list. This is what dreams are made of. Multiple offers and opportunities. Any Scrum Masters of Agile Coaches in the UK looking for work? Holla at me, I might have some referrals for ya!

Now To Solve My Own Problem

I have been on a mission with both Agile & Scrum. This is not a game to me, it is a genuine passion for finding solutions to complex problems, testing my ability to remain neutral and facilitating a change in mindset amongst skilled professionals. No doubt I've paid the iron price; it's time to find my next challenge and really show the world how I do this at a very high level. Scrum Master & Agile Coaching roles wanted! Holla *Hov voice*
