Welcome to the 3rd Newsletter of Building in Public of Hiire.?
Are we already in February? Yes, January is gone, but we still have 11 months to enjoy in 2023!?
The beginning of the year is always crazy. The Hiire team together held more than 150 meetings, from interviewing candidates to team meetings, We spent a lot of time interacting with people, - meeting new people or strengthening the relationships we already had—this is the core of our work.?
We did 39 business development meetings, which led to 10 proposals that we presented in January. We are close to getting a signature and starting to work with exciting new clients very soon.?
We are also working on rebuilding our website and career page, so stay tuned!?
B2B Segment
Client 1# - Letras Binárias: Beatriz started in January, and she already made her first placement! in exactly 30 days. Excellent time to hire for someone who is just getting started.?
But this is just the beginning. We are looking for Node.js and React Native developers. Do you know anyone??
Hiire supowerpower:? Outsourcing a Talent Partner, leading the hiring of a tech company.
Client 2# - Ironhack: We just sent the videos for approval yesterday. In the following weeks, you will see news about the work we did for this very special client!?
Hiire superpower: Content Creation to generate leads and awareness
Client 3# - JAy!: We did a great month with JAy! We “just” hired 4 people for them, 2 Data Engineers, 1 PO and 1 BI developer. It was intensive but rewarding, JAy! is starting to gain shape, and we are seeing the results of our effort. We are still hiring for them!

B2C segment
We slow down in the B2C segment to rebuild our program and create better methodologies for our clients.?
We finished one process in January and we are starting a new one on the 1st of February - it is always exciting to help people make better career decisions.?

2 年Gon?alo Sequeira amazing the sharing of your growing process. I've told you in the past that I'm your fan, haven't I? because I'm. These shares are fabulous, without fear or apprehension you open the "book" of your journey. Share clients and strategic views. Only the big ones do it, the ones who have immense confidence in themselves. Nothing is missing, in reality it is your sharing. And we just have to be grateful to learn from you. A day if I may ask, dedicat to share the "pains" can be useful for you to understand how you overcome it and for others a way to avoid it or learn some stratefic ways.
