"Don't create more content, create better content!"
After 13+ years of writing (from blog posts, LinkedIn articles, Facebook posts to books and eBooks)...
I’ve made every mistake in the book and learned what actually works.
If you’ve ever felt frustrated that your content gets ignored, doesn’t engage, or fades into the abyss...
I’ve been there too.
But I have also created articles that earned me more than 30.000$, reached millions of people, and gained me 100.000 of followers...
Content is a powerful medium...
If you know how to do it right!
In this article I will share with you the 3 BIGGEST lessons that I can distill from 13+ years of experience in writing.
Let's start...
3 BIGGEST Lessons to Create Better Content:
1. Write Evergreen Content
Years ago, I wrote an article about Nikola Tesla...
I was fascinated about his work and at the same time I was fascinated about vortex math.
Both subjects were completely unrelated.
But at the period when I was studying the life of Nikola Tesla, as I was watching a video on Vortex Math, I noticed something REALLY INTERESTING...
There was something strange with the numbers 3, 6, and 9...
It seemed like they are above the usual pattern...
I remembered that Nikola Tesla was obsessed with these numbers too, especially when it came to his OCD...
And I also rememered his quote:
“If you want to understand the world, consider it in terms of energy, frequency and vibration”
So, I assigned 3 with Vibration, 6 with Energy, and 9 with Frequency because it is the sum of 3+6 (energy+vibration).
This inspired me to create a whole article about Nikola Tesla and the secret of these numbers...
This is the original article:
As you can see, this article got over 700K views...
And it keeps getting new views every day, for years!
From here, countless of websites translated the article, rewrote it, republished it on Medium and other platforms (rarely who gave a credit but it is what it is)...
Countles YouTubers made videos based on this article...
I recently saw manifestation methods based on 3,6,9, and Nikola Tesla that are pretty famous within the spiritual community...
EVERYTHING sprouted from one tiny article that I wrote in my bedroom, in 48 hours... putting together few passions of mine and giving them a spin.
Why I am telling you this?
If you want to make A HUGE impact with your content...
You have to create something that didn't exist before.
You have to mix ideas, unrelated topics and passions to create something new...
That's what makes an EVERGREEN content...
Something that people will find value in for years to come...
Everyone has written about mindset, and meditation, and thinking positive, boundaries...
People are tired reading the same thing over and over again.
Create something that does not exist...
OR, improve something that exists by adding infinite value inside...
Go more in depth...
Create the literal ULTIMATE GUIDE about something.
BUT WAIT, STOP...
As you can see, I didn't publish my article on social media...
I published it on my own blog.
Here is the 1 million dollar question...
What is the issue with publishing content directly on social media?
The halflife of an article on Social Media is very short, few days...
Even if it gets super viral, and gains lots of engagement...
In few days it will be buried in the piles of content being published every second.
And after few days, weeks, months...
Nobody will be able to find your article, not even you!
That's why you should first publish your evergreen content on your own blog or on another website's blog...
Somewhere where people can find it easily and for years to come, with a simple search on Google...
The problem here is that many websites might not rank high on Google and to fix this you either need to invest money in SEO...
Or become an author on a well established website like Life Coach Code and publish there!

Another great lesson that I learned is to...
2. Spend 80% Effort for The Featured Image and The Title
My first articles were the ones I wrote the longest...
I would spend days writing, researching...
And when the time to publish came I will be so excited that I will rush and just add some random photo and publish!
The title was mediocre, "Best Mindset Tricks"
Nothing that catches the eye...
And I would wonder why nobody reads my articles!
I'd get angry, sad, irritated...
I'd struggle to keep my motivation...
But my passion for writing was what kept me going.
After few years of literally hitting my head on the wall, I found the secret...
CLICK BAIT
With some small tweaks on your title and featured image, like adding a fake play button, I would get hundreds of views...
I got so happy!
I felt like I uncovered the secret of life!
However, as years went by the social media platforms started frowning upon such content and they would lower the reach...
So, me and my team needed to learn tricks to bypass the algorithms and still manage to capture attention.
I learned powerful tricks that I reveal within this book...
Dangerous secrets that can make you reach millions of people...
But my biggest lesson was that, no matter if you share the literal recipe to the elixir of life, if your title and featured image suck, nobody will care about what you wrote!
And the second biggest thing I learned was...
People don't have a problem with CLICKBAIT if the value within the article is HUGE...
They are actually thankful.
People have problem with CLICKBAIT when the content inside is questionable.
So learn the secrets of the game and use them for good.
Start bringing people toward your content because your content can truly help them transform their lives for better.
And finally...
3. Be Authentic
You have a unique thumbprint.
In the same way, you have a unique voice and style of expressing yourself.
Don't try to fit in the mould of VIRAL content creators just because you think that's what it takes to capture attention...
Your uniqueness is what actually people fall in love with and get addicted to.
Just think about your favorite authors and YouTubers...
I bet they all have a unique style of expressing themselves, a unique charisma that you are addicted to...
That's the magic ingredient.
It might take time to get on their level, but your authenticity is what will help you in the long run.
One of the most read interviews on Life Coach Code are with coaches who let their personality shine within their answers.
Their humor, their wisdom, their wording...
That's what makes someone unique...
That's what people will fall in love with.
Make sure to include the flavor of YOU within your content.
