3 Big Mistakes

As promised, I'll be sharing with you the 3 biggest mistakes that you absolutely have to avoid if you want to succeed in building your business.

In my time, I have helped dozens of students and private clients get on track for their business goals, and I have noticed a pattern. The SAME 3 mistakes crop up again and again!

The best thing you can do now is save yourself from wasting years by learning from the past mistakes of other entrepreneurs.

If you avoid these mistakes you will save yourself a ton of pain and frustration!

Mistake 1: Lack of Urgency

It’s deadline day!

It’s crucial we know when your deadlines are and stick to them.

When you know you have a deadline coming up you feel more urgency to get your task completed. If needs be set hourly deadlines. Sometimes I even set a timer and aim to get my work done in one hour, when the timers on - the pressures on!

Mistake 2: Lack of Focus

Did you mention focus?

Yes, it seems that today’s distractions are built to steal your attention but you must block them out, otherwise you won’t hit your goals.

I know of very few people who hit their big goals accidentally, you must readjust your focus every day and keep it pointing in the direction of your goals and plan out the work to get there.

I can’t oversell this one.

Focus is key.

Mistake 3: Lack of Priority

“First things First!”

There you are with ninja-like focus, hustling (with a sense of urgency) and grinding it out... but wait a second.

Are you working on the most important tasks?

When we are uber-busy it’s crucial to call ‘time-out’s’ periodically and ask yourself which task is most important and which isn’t (I would even recommend putting an asterisk beside the most important tasks when planning).

There’s no worse feeling than realizing you were full steam ahead on the wrong task. Make your priorities a priority!

YOUR priorities are important.

I have seen people commit these mistakes time and again... and the first step to improving your business efficiency game is to be aware of what you are doing and create good habits moving forward.

You may be thinking now: "OMG, you're right, I need a game plan on how to create all these habits!”
