Between work, errands, and family obligations it's tough to find time for a workout or to cook a healthy meal.
Luckily, there's a way to ensure that your health comes first.
The key is to be prepared in advance for those hectic days when you know you won't have time for healthy living.?
I have been there and I know how it goes. You say that you are going to start, and you do… But a couple of weeks passed and then life starts to hit you.
Family, errands, and responsibilities hit… and you look back realizing that you don’t even have time to sit by yourself.
Finding time for fitness can be a challenge, but it's worth it! Here are 3 tips to help you make it happen:
1. Make a plan that suits your schedule. If you have a specific time and place in mind for your workouts, it'll be easier to stick to them.
Plus, you need to build a workout that is optimized for your current physical capacity, your current schedule capacity, and your end goal.
Start simple, and grow from there, one step at a time.

2. Make sure that you always keep calculated snacks and foods with you at all times.
The reason why most people fall off track and gain weight is not because of unhealthy eating.
It is simply because of overeating or undereating... Without having any consistency.
So having your snacks and food planned out beforehand will help you prevent that.

3. Sneak in some activity whenever you can. Taking the stairs instead of the elevator, parking farther away from your destination, or walking during your lunch break, you'll be able to squeeze in some fitness without taking too much time out of your day.
