We're both busy so let's jump in with 3 1/2 Simple Tips to Supercharge Your Business This Summer.

1. Make the Most of Your Budget. Does your fiscal year end in June? You may have budget remaining. "Use it or Lose it" because the money doesn't roll over to the next budget year; it DISAPPEARS. And you're not a hero if you spend under budget. (I always assumed that budget went back to senior leadership and made THEM look good!) So-- my advice: SPEND IT and invest in yourself and your team. Consider: Online Courses (yes, I have a few ), 1:1 LinkedIn Coaching (like this ), books for your entire team (like this one ), or other training / development.

2. Market Your Services for Summer Holidays / Events. My son Joshua launched a mobile car detailing service in metro Detroit . I suggested to him (and now to you) to post on social media and remind his audience to consider booking his service as a gift: Mother's Day (belated), Father's Day, or even a graduation gift. You can create a Gift Certificates in Canva. PRO TIP: Make sure the certificate includes instructions to redeem AND expiration date.

3. Grow Your LinkedIn Network - DAILY. Have you noticed your post impressions are down? This is due in part to the LinkedIn algorithm constantly changing. In one recent report, it was found that LinkedIn is now starting to show more of your posts to NEW connections. You can help to "fuel the fire" so to speak by inviting more of your ideal audience to connect with you every day -- especially on days you post on LinkedIn. PRO TIP: Personalize Your Invitations .
