• First-Class Mail stamp:?Increased from 68￠ to 73￠
• FCM Letters (1 oz.):?Increased from $0.68 to $0.73
• FCM Letters (metered 1 oz.):?Increased from $0.64 to $0.69
• Domestic FCM Postcards:?Increased from $0.53 to $0.56
• FCM International Postcards:?Increased from $1.55 to $1.65
