The 2nd Annual Africa FM Conference comes this year in its second round in Cairo, Egypt – following its pilot edition toke place in Nigeria.?

AFM comprises of a unique series of international events that started to take place annually since the successful one in November 2021.?

This year’s conference is appropriately themed Accelerating FM Across Africa: Towards Sustainable Development.

The main & initial objective of the conference is to create a meeting hub for the Facility Management community of organizations and individuals across Africa. Generally, Africa FM Conferences enjoys a distinctive continental stance as the only regular meeting point for facilities managers, FM suppliers and other stakeholders of facilities management in Africa to exchange expert views and share experience on the diverse relationship between facilities managers in a cross-cultural context. The geographical profile of this unique event features a range of 25 - 30 countries.

This year, AFM be held at The American University in Cairo, Egypt in cooperation with several international and local organizations, with more than 30 speakers in different topics, from around the world, and several panel discussions.?
