We split into 2 groups of 5 and 6 over 2 sessions and introduced our Businesses before answering the Ice Breakers Questions set by Rebecca. We discussed how we organised ourselves and kept on track. Most have formula that has come out of experience of day to day task management. I discussed slowing time down and scheduling ever task rather adding to a Job list (at the very least it should be success list). It is great as the person in control to sit back and just listen to all these great people share their best tips

Next we were set the question of Gut or logic when making decisions. The general gist was that the older you were the comfortable you were to go with your gut based on your experience.
