Feb. 23, 2023 - The City Hall of Atlanta was bustling with activity this Thursday morning. Business owners and staff, including Subash Reddy Kuchikulla and Haley Carmack, MSHRM, SHRM-CP of 2MNEXT, were gathering for the Doing Business with the City of Atlanta event. Hosted by the Mayor's Office of International & Immigrant Affairs - Welcoming Atlanta , along with the City of Atlanta Department of Procurement .

2MNEXT’s CEO and Founder Subash Kuchikulla was excited to take the stage and deliver a powerful speech of his history In Atlanta. He began by sharing his experience coming to Atlanta in the late 80s from India, his time with a small firm helping prepare infrastructure for the ’96 Olympic Games, and the transition to starting his own firm in 2010. "Much like the Atlanta vision, our company vision is excellence, integrity, and safety." he said, "Atlanta is where I built my career, and where I built my home. I’m so excited for the future of this city."

In 2010, Subash co-founded 2MNEXT with Haven Kicklighter, who he acknowledged as a driving force behind the success of the company. He proudly shared that Kicklighter had helped build over 60% of the Atlanta Skyline.

Subash then turned his attention to the issue of equity in the city, citing the ‘I Have a Dream’ speech as a major motivator in his daily life. To help achieve true equity in the city, 2MNEXT will be awarding two $5,000 scholarships to minority and immigrant students every year. He spoke passionately about the need to provide opportunities for all students, regardless of their background or circumstances.

2MNEXT won’t stop there. He also announced a $10,000 donation to the Eternal Flame foundation, "My mother always said when you get paid, pay it forward" he related.

His commitment to education and community was inspiring, and his words resonated deeply with those in attendance. Subash Kuchikulla ended his speech with a thank you to the city, and an inspiration of hope for the future.
