Is 2min read worth it?

Just wonder why are we here on LinkedIn.. the only purpose is to search for jobs and make connections or something more attached to it.

Just to give it my view. I have categorized it into 2 parts, first the basic and ground reality of searching jobs and secondly exploring something** new.

When we keep on looking for jobs and searching on company pages, doing CFBR(commenting for better reach), liking posts where someone is saying they have joined some new organization and so on... the only thing we are generating with that is egoistic competition where you don't know what is the purpose of the other person and what kind of dream that person is carrying, how much effort that person has put in. the only thing we want to do is compete and defeat without a path. If that will give you a satisfaction then that is called egoistic satisfaction.

To Overcome this situation, i would suggest to spend more time on learning** and understanding the things, start reading which you think can bring more insight towards your goal. ask questions and challenge yourself to come out of the mode of only searching and searching for unknown job.

A Enthusiast who has dreams would have lot of questions in mind and the only person who don't have questions is the one who never wants to know about anything. so if you don't have questions then i think its time to switch to other profession where your interest takes you. If the world is moving towards culture of working in MNC's it does not mean this is the best, people who used to be warriors in ancient times they used to fight for their regime and gave their lives. that was the trend that time and now if someone will ask will you fight for your organization and give your life? That would be a false expectation so time changes. I little diverted from the topic.

Learning is the only "something new"

When you look forward to learning and you are a beginner who don't like to read a lot, Then just focus on contents like 2 min reads or 4 min reads which is actually equivalent to watching 4 -8 reels maybe.. And continue appraising other people on their achievements, their journeys and like the way they are growing but never feel that is your path or compare yourself.
