Here’s your WINter win for day three: Choose to copy what nature is doing right now.??

Nature’s days are shorter.??

→ make your days shorter by doing less.

Nature is hibernating.

→ spend more time in flannel pajamas under a blanket, and get more sleep.??

Nature has shifted energy from actively growing to replenishing energy and digging deeper roots in preparation for spring’s growing season.

→ take the time to rest, reflect, restore your energy, and set the conditions for your renewal, re-emergence, and growth in the spring.??
