275 words
Writing a book is a reflection of the power of consistency.
It can feel insurmountable to write a book. But think about your daily word count goal and stick to it.
If you aim to write a 100,000-word draft, all you need to do is average 275 words every day for the full year, or about 1,900 words per week, or 8,300 words every month, and you’ll finish your draft.
If your goal is 50,000 words, and you average 275 words every day, you’ll wrap it up in six months.
Two hundred and seventy-five is an arbitrary number, which is precisely the point.
How many words can you commit to writing every day? If you can stick to 275 words, or even 150 daily words, or 1,200, or 75, you’ll soon find yourself making real progress.

Words of wisdom
"All big things come from small beginnings. The seed of every habit is a single, tiny decision. But as that decision is repeated, a habit sprouts and grows stronger. Roots entrench themselves and branches grow. The task of breaking a bad habit is like uprooting a powerful oak within us. And the task of building a good habit is like cultivating a delicate flower one day at a time." -James Clear, Atomic Habits
