1) David Yarrow's Latest Release: 1953

David Yarrow has released a new work titled 1953 in a large and a small size both available in an edition of 12. Staged in Lake Tahoe, California, featuring a 250 MM, Ferrari loaned to Yarrow by businessman and car collector Chip Connor.

2) Pace Takes on The Robert Indiana Legacy

Pace has announced its global representation of The Robert Indiana Legacy Initiative, the primary organisation advocating for the achievement of the artist and maintaining a collection and archive of his work.

3) Louis Vuitton's Extravaganza: "Crafting Dreams" in a Park Avenue Mansion

Louis Vuitton have rented out and redecorated a private seven-story Park Avenue Mansion in New York’s Upper East Side—each room highlighted a different theme or initiative. The event “Crafting Dreams,” is part luxury house showcase, and part exclusive exhibition featuring two boisterous neon and black inkjet print and paint works by Richard Prince.

4) MiArt 28th Edition: A Showcase of Global Artistry in Milan

The 28th annual edition of the international art fair MiArt last week kicked off a month of art in Italy’s most fashionable city. With 180 galleries from 28 countries showing more than 1,000 artworks. Among the big ticket items at Miart this year was a gorgeous painted screen by David Hockney that sold for US$480,000 within the first two hours of the fair opening.

5) Jeff Koons' Sacred Heart in Guangzhou

Jeff Koons' sculpture, Sacred Heart, has been permanently installed at Guangzhou One Pengrui as part of the Guangzhou One Pengrui International Contemporary Art Exhibition. This sculpture marks Jeff Koons' most notable piece to be introduced in mainland China. Additionally, it stands as one of China's most valuable outdoor sculptures and the world's inaugural Jeff Koons artwork permanently situated in a garden.

6) Vivienne Westwood's Wardrobe: A Tribute to Fashion's Icons at Christie's

The personal wardrobe of the late fashion icon, Vivienne Westwood, will go under the hammer at Christie’s this summer, featuring garments inspired by artists such as Keith Haring. The collection will be presented at two auctions: a live sale taking place in London on 25 June and an online auction (14-28 June). More than 200 lots, including jewellery and accessories, have been consigned, spanning four decades.
