2.6MW Korea Metal Rooftop Solar Project

2.6MW Korea Metal Rooftop Solar Project

In April 2024, Power Stone's metal roof solar project in South Korea is being installed smoothly. The project has an installed capacity of 2.6 MW. The mounting system is made of aluminum alloy and is designed with adjustable kliploks and Power Stone 47 rails. The project generates approximately 4.3 million kilowatt-hours of electricity annually. This reduces the factory's dependence on the national grid and increases the use of clean energy, thus achieving a green and environmentally friendly effect while reducing production costs.

The roof of this project is a trapezoidal color steel tile roof. Due to the special shape of the trapezoidal color steel tiles, and considering roof waterproofing, this design uses an adjustable kliplok as the basis, affixes waterproof rubber (EPDM) on the kliplok for waterproofing, adds self-tapping screws, and finally matches it with waterproof glue to enhance the waterproof performance of the roof.

In order to improve the power generation efficiency, L feet are added on the adjustable kliploks to raise the height between the solar panel and the roof, so that the air circulation is smoother and the heat dissipation of the solar panel is accelerated. By this way, it will improve the power generation efficiency of the battery panel and ensure that the solar panel can convert solar energy into electrical energy safely and stably. Finally, we only need to fix the 47 rails on the L foot and lay the solar panel on it.

Power Stone offers simple and cost-effective solutions for installing all framed and frameless solar panels currently on the market.
