Instagram?

If you're looking for an easy way to increase your reach on Instagram then 1) post carousels, which can now include 2) up to 20 frames, as well as?musical accompaniment.

That’s the latest advice from Instagram chief Adam Mosseri, who’s provided some pretty logical notes on why carousels are valuable for increasing reach.

LinkedIn? Hashtags

Although not officially confirmed by LinkedIn I have been doing my own little experiments with them and it seems to me that they aren't having any impact on reach at all right now. I've noticed and you may have too, that some hashtags don't work anymore, they seem to have been disabled. So for now I won't be using hashtags on my posts anymore.

I'm giving an online calendar another go...

About 15 years ago I used an Outlook calendar and I remember being really excited about it.? To start with everything went well, then my computer crashed and I lost everything, appointments, birthdays, anniversaries the lot????

Since then I've been a little weiry about doing it again so I've been using a paper diary, which I have to confess I do still like (I know I'm old!!) but it's getting out of hand now because it changes almost by the hour these days so I bit the bullet last week and decided it was time to have another go online.

So now, I'm all set up and once again excited to see how much time it will actually save me. I'll report back in a few weeks on my progress, whether that's to let you know I've returned to my paper diary or I'm happy with online. ?? Are you a paper diary fan or more of an electronic fan?
