Later: After careful consideration the biggest surprise is that this is a 25 Year Plan. As far as I'm aware this is the longest commitment any Party has made during my lifetime. Its pretty much revolutionary! Just occasionally politicians will allude to long-term decision-making - but, this usually means during this Parliament. Who would have thought that the needs of the Environment would re-set the run of the mill, business as usual, political timetable?
