25 years. That is my day today. Reflecting on the fact that 25 years ago, WZ took a chance on a 22 year old kid out of Illinois State to teach from the ground up how to interview and interrogate. In those years I have had 3 kids (1 while in college - 4 total), met my amazing wife, met lifelong coworkers (now friends, and some I consider brothers/sisters), met wonderful clients that I now call my friends (again some I consider siblings), traveled to exotic locals and of course my partners.
David, Shane, and Doug (before he retired) have been mentors to me through this, and I feel so lucky that Shane and I will continue the legacy Dave and Doug created as we now expand the business around the globe with offices in Europe and Latin America. Thank you to each and every one of you that has touched my career, or were there before my career had started, as you have sculpted me into the man I have become. In today's age it is difficult to stay with an organization for this many years straight, I truly realize how lucky I am. I also appreciate all the people that have reached out to me to congratulate me, trust me, I could not have done it without all of you.
Wayne, You are a talented man and are deserving of the success you have had in your career.

I'm sure you faced many challenges and sacrifices as you and your team pioneered the CFI designation and the formation of the IAI for future generations. 25 years at W-Z and the ability to grow a tight-knit family speaks volumes about the W-Z organization, the motivation David and Doug provided, and your passion for this science.
