25 Years of Partnership and Progress

December is a natural time to reflect and consider some of the year’s notable moments. We’ve faced challenges that tested our resolve: devastating hurricanes that uprooted communities, elections that demanded we confront deep divides, unrelenting wars that are costing us the loss of tens of thousands of people and children, and ongoing struggles for equity and justice.?

Yet, amid these trials, there were bright spots. A personal highlight was welcoming my baby girl Estelle into the world in March. We also celebrated Threespot’s 25th anniversary this year—a milestone that reminds us of the need, impact, and importance of the work of our clients. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with organizations that make the world a better and more equitable place by ensuring that our planet is healthy and alive for future generations, that everyone has equal rights and access, and that the most pressing problems of our time are met with innovation and hope. Together, we’ve built campaigns, strategies, and tools that engage users and move them to action.

This work includes championing innovative community-driven solutions of the Bush Foundation, advancing 2Gen approaches with the Ascend at the Aspen Institute, and collaborating with Ocean Conservancy to inspire action for our oceans. Each project has underscored a singular truth: progress is only possible when we work together.

As we step into 2025, I am inspired by a belief that has guided me, both as a leader and as a mother, that light grows brighter when it’s shared. In the face of crises, it’s easy to feel daunted by the enormity of the work ahead. I find comfort in community, strength in unity, and power in knowing that we are not alone. Our collective voices are essential to imagine and build a better future.?

Earlier this year Michelle Obama said, “History has shown us that courage can be contagious, and hope can take on a life of its own.” At Threespot, we see that hope through our work with our past, present, and future partners. You all challenge us to think bigger, to be braver, and to work harder.?

Let’s move into this new year with renewed purpose and determination. Threespot is honored to stand beside you in this work, and I can’t wait to see what we will accomplish together in 2025.
