What is exciting or special about your job as a Lead Business Process Analyst??

The exciting thing is the variety of tasks. A large part of the work consists of finding solutions for SAP users and optimizing technical processes. This brings you into contact with many colleagues and external employees worldwide.??

What does it mean to you to be a long-standing member of the Nordson team??

Nordson has constantly changed over the last 25 years. There have always been new challenges, exciting tasks and new contacts for me. In my work as an apprentice trainer, it is also great to see how many young people, who were nervous on their first day of training, have now become experienced employees. The employees and the contacts between them make Nordson something special.?

What advice would you give new employees to be successful at Nordson in the long term??

Believe in your strengths. Always be open and honest. Say ‘no’ if you are convinced that something is going wrong, and be open to change and try to find the positive in it.?

Can you tell us if you have experienced any funny or memorable situations while working at Nordson??

There are so many events that it's difficult to name a highlight. We had many nice Christmas parties and other company events and, in this context, I remember the ‘trainee sketch of 2014’ - that was very funny.???
