Michael Kakos Marks 25-Year Milestone as Area Sales Manager at SCHNEEBERGER!

In celebration of this significant milestone, we had the pleasure of conducting a brief questionnaire with Michael, where he shared insights into his projects and daily responsibilities.

What has been your biggest challenge/project so far?

After all these years, there have been numerous challenges and projects. One that comes to mind is a large Aerospace project. The hurdle involved converting the OEM to Schneeberger and incorporating our AMS measuring system into various applications and workstations. Working with a new customer who had little knowledge of Schneeberger, and collaborating with them to integrate the AMS into their systems, proved to be challenging.

What do you do on a daily basis at SCHNEEBERGER?

On a daily basis, I handle customer issues and actively seek out new projects and customers to bring to Schneeberger. My primary focus is on providing solutions that contribute to our customers' success.

What does the first hour of your workday look like?

Almost every first hour of my day is spent reading and sending emails, returning voicemails, and preparing for the day ahead.
