Reflecting on 25 incredible years at Ericsson ????

Time flies when you're passionate about what you do! Today, I am incredibly grateful and excited to celebrate my 25th career anniversary at Ericsson, a journey that began on 10th August 1998. These years have been nothing short of remarkable, filled with transformative experiences, meaningful connections, and technological advancements that continue to shape our world.

Throughout this quarter-century adventure, I've had the privilege of collaborating with diverse and talented individuals from across the globe. The rich tapestry of cultures and perspectives at Ericsson has been both enlightening and inspiring, emphasizing the immense value of telecommunications in driving positive change for society.

From witnessing the historic privatization of the telecommunications industry in Brazil to being part of the breakthroughs in mobile technology, every step has been a learning opportunity. Embracing the challenges of a constantly evolving market, I've grown both as a professional and as a person. None of this would have been possible without the unwavering support and mentorship of the incredible people who have joined me in building this trail.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my journey has been the privilege of supporting and guiding young professionals as they embark on their own careers. Being part of their growth and seeing them flourish is truly heartwarming. The unique culture at Ericsson fosters an environment of collaboration, growth, and innovation, and it fills me with pride to be part of such a remarkable organization.

As I journey through my memories, I stumbled upon a keepsake from the 2000s—a toiletry bag from Ericsson's headquarters in Kista (Sweden). It bore the company's powerful motto: "It's About Communication Between People, The Rest is Technology." Those words still ring true today, encapsulating the essence of what we do at Ericsson—connecting people, empowering societies, and making the world a better, smarter place.

Thank you, Ericsson, for being the driving force behind my passion for communication and technology. Together, we've made a difference, and I am eager to continue this incredible journey with you all.
