1. Calorie Surplus = Weight Gain
2. Calorie Deficit = Weight Loss
3. Weight Loss does NOT = Fat Loss because...
4. Scale weight can be lost from water, intestinal matter, muscle mass, glycogen stores, body fat
5. The only goal should be losing body fat
6. Insulin does not make you fat
7. Carbs don't make you fat
8. Fats don't make you fat
9. Protein does not damage your kidneys

11. Exercise contributes minimally to calorie deficit needed to lose body fat effectively, and so...
12. You can lose ALL the fat you want without any exercise
