2 周I don't think sexual harrassment is similar to other workplace incidents at all. It's a crime. A workplace hazard is something associated with the risks of the workplace, not something that is a criminal event, unrelated to the job. It would be like saying that a hazard associated with driving a car is getting your wallet stolen or scuba diving and getting abused. Don't get me wrong, sexual harrassment is a serious and unacceptable occurrence in any form, but to conflate a criminal event into a workplace hazard actually waters down workplace safety because resources can become misaligned and a response to a blameworthy event (sexual harrassment) cannot be addressed by the same response to inadvertent human error. Both are nessecary and can operate parallel.
