24 HOURS HACKATHON
Hello Everyone, I am very happy to share that?recently we participated in the 24-hour Hackathon on the “5 pillar based student management system” conducted by SNS Innovation Hub on (31-08-2023 – 01-09-2023)? along with my teammates. It was a great experience and ?We have observed a highly beneficial?outcome.
Hackathons are more about?participation, networking, learning from peers, and meeting new people to discuss about technologies. ??With the right mindset of learning, we can make the most out of your hackathon experience. At the same time, it also taught us to work as a team and somehow crunch out a decently working project within such a short time.
The program started around 3.30 PM on 31-08-23 and we were provided with the problem statement, “Development of student's education using innovation technologies”.
We planned our ideas according to the problem statement provided. We planned to create a model that summarises the content available as PDF and in CSV format and answers the question. This model uses Lang chain integrated LLM and we have developed using Python programming.
The next idea we have implemented is designing a webpage that takes the input as a spreadsheet and evaluates it according to the query given. We have used HTML, and JavaScript along with visual code for this project. We have also made a model that acts as an alarm for reminding us to work our duty as per our schedule.

We have undergone two reviews where our projects were checked and the corrections were made that encouraged us to make our project even better. The innovative nature of the idea and the way we present it matters the most.
At last, we were provided with the certificate for our participation which encouraged us even more better. I would also like to thank the DT staff members who worked for our welfare and showed their greatest help towards us.
We can always improve and polish our project after the hackathon and work on it further to make it even better as our side project.
So if we have a knack for building stuff and are passionate about programming and technology then participating in such Hackathons paves the way to shine. The opportunity to interact and network with like-minded people that a hackathon presents is a totally unique and valuable experience.
