Easy AI Presentations Using Gamma
This is a technique that I used to create a high-quality presentation recently. It was useful when I was creating a summary of a list of companies or a market map.?This approach is repeatable for other types of presentations as well.
1. Gather Your Data
- Visit a website with a market map or a comprehensive list of companies. A good example is Synaptic's list of Fintechs using AI:?[Synaptic Resource]
2. Extract Relevant Information
- Use the following prompt on your favorite AI chatbot ( I used ChatGPT’s GPT-O4 model):
PROMPT:
“Extract all the [specific industry/sector] companies that are using [specific technology/feature]. Create a table with the following columns:
???? 1. Company Name
???? 2. Use Case/Description
???? 3. Key Technologies/Features
???? 4. Website Link
???? 5. Customer Segment
Ensure the information is detailed and accurate, reflecting the latest data available. Convert the table to an Excel file that I can download.”
3. Prepare Your Presentation
- Open a new Chat window in ChatGPT. Upload the Excel file created in the previous step and use this prompt below. Please note that I tailored this prompt for my presentation, and you may need to change it to suit your specific format.
