Just as I emphasize these values to my students, it's imperative for candidates in various fields to uphold these principles, especially in the digital sphere where actions can have far-reaching consequences.

For Australian artists aspiring to excel in their profession, accountability and responsibility extend beyond their creative endeavors to encompass their online behaviors. In this digital age, one's online presence can significantly impact their reputation, credibility, and suitability for certain roles. Hence, it's crucial for artists to recognize the importance of transparency and integrity in their online interactions.

The requirements outlined for shortlisted artists for a particular job underscore this commitment to accountability and responsibility. By agreeing to undergo a National Crime Check and provide a Statutory Declaration, candidates demonstrate their willingness to uphold ethical standards and ensure transparency regarding any relevant personal background information.
