1) Dive Into Kusama's World: Serralves Film & Discussion

The Serralves museum in Portugal will hold a screening of the documentary Near Equal Yayoi Kusama: I love Myself, directed by Takako Matsumoto, in 2008. The film will be the starting point of a talk where the Museum Director Philippe Vergne invites Frances Morris, Curator and Director of Tate Modern until 2023, to a conversation around the film.

2) Keith Haring Comes Alive: Yaber's Artistic Projector

Yaber, known for innovative entertainment projectors, has introduced the T2/T2 Plus, the world's first projector inspired by Keith Haring. This unique device combines vibrant pop culture with technology. The special edition T2 series showcases Haring's iconic designs in a classic colour scheme of red, white, and black, elevating everyday entertainment with an artistic touch.

3) Warhol's painting 'Suicide' Spotlight at Tehran MoCA

Lecturers at the Tehran Museum of Contemporary Art will discuss Andy Warhol's painting Suicide from 1963, the silkscreen painting, valued at $70 million, is part of TMoCA's collection and they aim to critically review valuable artworks from its collection each Monday including artworks that have been less frequently exhibited in recent decades.

4) From Prints to Prestige: Inside the Cho & Kim Collection

Collectors Jaeyong Cho and Hyunji Kim, began collecting 15 years ago by acquiring small pieces to decorate her clinic, including Yayoi Kusama’s prints and small sculptures, but soon developed into a serious passion and career. Many of the most important works in the Cho & Kim Collection, were acquired at Art Basel Hong Kong, including works by Damien Hirst, Yayoi Kusama, Takashi Murakami, George Condo and more.

5) Emin's Margate Revolution: TEARS Residency in Action

Tracey Emin has played a pivotal role in the cultural revitalisation of Margate, her hometown, by establishing the Tracey Emin Artist Residency (TEARS) and TKE Studios. Housed in a former morgue, offering professional studio spaces for contemporary artists. The residency culminates in exhibitions showcasing diverse and talented artists, with the 2024 cohort’s exhibition showing until the 1st of September 2024.
