22 Ways to be Happy in The Next 5-Minutes

Happiness is an inside job.

Regardless of what others think or do, if you’re happy from the inside, the world around you will seem like a dream come true.

Maybe, you’re going through tough times in your life. Or perhaps you need a little dose of positivity.?Whatever the case, here are some quick tips to make you happy within minutes:

1. Begin your day with gratitude. Count 10 things that you’re grateful for.

2. Read something positive each morning.?Half an hour of reading Robin Sharma, Ryan Holiday, or Mark Manson.

3.?Stop comparing yourself with others. Work on yourself. Growth gives happiness.

4.?Stand in front of the mirror and laugh for 10 minutes for no reason.

5. Pray a lot. Solve your problems with prayer. Pray in joy. Pray when you’re upset. Pray when you need something. Pray to thank for something.

6. Develop skills. Seek what you love to do and give your soul to it. Make daily progress.

7.?Forgive people quickly. Life is short. Avoid grudges.

8.?Treat failure as a learning opportunity.?Fail. Learn. Try again; fail better.

9.?Focus on the bright side of life. Stop thinking negative thoughts.

10. Always go for multiple streams of income.

11. Spend time with nature. Take a walk. Meditate in the fresh air. Get some sunlight.

12. Write a fan let your favorite celebrity. Maybe, they won’t reply, but still, you will be able to express your feelings towards them which will make you extremely happy.

13.?Travel. It gives you new ideas, you get to meet new people, and you can share your experiences with your friends. You’ll grow mentally as well as physically.

14. Each day, do one thing that makes you happy. For me, it’s writing. Find something that excites your soul and do it daily.

15.?Help a friend. Mentor a co-worker. Educate people around you on the subject of life. Listen to them. Share your experience.?Let them take out all the negativity on you. At times, people don’t know how to unleash their frustration. Be someone who listens with a kind heart and an open mind.

16. Start a charity. No need to register an organization. You can take money from friends and donate it to needy people. Volunteer with a local NGO. Helping others give utmost happiness.

17. Talk with an optimistic friend. Friends are gems, but encouraging friends are real diamonds. Feeling down? Call a friend that makes you happy.

18. Imagine how far you’ve come. Forget about the future. Take time to appreciate wherever you’ve been in life. Remember those happy memories that made life worth living.

21. Play with your pet. Pets show genuine love toward people. So, get some love from your pet. Play with them. Tease them. Feed them.

22. Spend time with your family. Share whatever is going on in your life. Ask them about their day. Take prayers from your parents. Express love for your siblings.?And speak your heart out to your family because these are the people who genuinely care about you.

In the end, happiness comes from within. Whatever goes outside doesn’t make you happy, but how grateful you’re from the inside makes you genuinely happy.
