BNSW and ABI seek exemption rate

BNSW and ABI have applied to the Fair Work Commission for an exemption rate in the Clerks – Private Sector Award 2020, enabling employers to streamline operations, reduce compliance costs, and simplify payroll structures.

SIRA is targeting under-insurance in the NSW workers comp scheme by raising awareness about the obligation to submit Actual Wage Declarations (AWDs) to insurers.
