212/365 OUR EVERYDAY WAR

Life is a constant battle between living to your fullest potential versus stagnation. Death is not the enemy, but the reminder that things will end soon, the outcome of life is how you make it and how it influences another person in struggle. It's an everyday war just to set up a base.

From the morning you wake up, it's already a battle. to exercise or not is like assaulting a mountain upward. To meditate or concentrate on meaningful work is like aerial dogfighting. To have a healthy meal first thing is like defending a sinking ship. Are we winning at all fronts?

But things will get easier, well for 6 out of 10 days, when you have the right tactics, when you focus on discipline and set up the right environment. The war waged every morning got easier when I bundled temptation, had a schedule, and set up the room for victory. So far so good.

Bundling temptation is combining what you love doing and what you don't. listen to podcasts and entertainment while exercising. Scheduling is what it is, have time and stick to it. a schedule for eating is 16:8 fasting. Lastly, set up the room so that the first thing I handle are books.

It's an everyday war against procrastination, and stagnation, for living, and for life. Days won't always be wins, What works will stick,will be your offense and defense. So when the day real battle comes to meet you in the morning, you are more than ready
