5.     What did I do in 2020 to create joy for myself?

6.     And what will I do in 2021 to continuously cultivate situations of positivity for myself?

7.     How will I alleviate stress, struggles and negativity?

8.     How will I create moments of positivity, joy and interest for my employees in 2021?

9.     Which of my strengths proved to be helpful in 2020?

10.  Which of these do I intend to put to work even more in 2021?

11.  And how will others benefit from this?

12.  What will I do to better acknowledge, appreciate and utilize the strengths of my employees in 2021?

13.  With whom did I feel particularly connected in 2020?

14.  With whom do I wish to have more contact in 2021?

15.  And with whom do I want less contact/where do I need to set firmer boundaries?

16.  What will I do in 2021 to improve the workplace climate in our organization? Foster a stronger feeling of togetherness among my employees – physically, digitally and phygitally?
