20th Anniversary of China Hot Recycling Asphalt Mixing Plant and NFLG Recycling Asphalt Overall Solution Seminar
Fujian South Highway Machinery Co., Ltd(NFLG)
Focus on innovation and specialization.
On August 26th, 20th Anniversary of China Hot Recycling Asphalt Mixing Plant and NFLG Recycling Asphalt Overall Solution Seminar was grandly held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. Over 100 experts and scholars in the field of recycling asphalt and renowned industry leaders from all over the world gathered together for the event.
20th Anniversary of China Hot Recycling Asphalt Mixing Plant also marks 20 years of technological development and innovation by NFLG in this field. In 2002, NFLG, in collaboration with Italian expert Mr. Sha George, embarked on the exploration of hot recycling asphalt technology and successfully applied for the first patent for recycling asphalt mixing plant, pioneering domestic recycling asphalt technology. Subsequently, the first virgin and recycling integrated asphalt mixing plant, the first RAPR aggregate recycling plant, and the first counter-flow integrated asphalt mixing plant were successively introduced. As a leader in asphalt recycling technology and RAP fine stripping technology, NFLG has remained at the forefront of industry development for the past two decades.
At the seminar, Fang Kai, General Manager of NFLG, delivered a welcome speech, expressing gratitude to friends for their long-standing support. Fang emphasized that the high-value recycling of asphalt pavement materials not only has environmental significance but also holds great economic value, aligning with the global trends of circular and low-carbon economies. From a single asphalt product to a comprehensive solution provider, NFLG has always been committed to advancing the industry towards green, low-carbon, resource-efficient, and eco-friendly development.
In his speech, Mr. Su, President of the China Construction Machinery Association, highly recognized NFLG's contributions to the construction machinery industry, particularly in the field of asphalt mixing plant. Su mentioned that in 1980, Mr. Fang Qingxi, Chairman of NFLG, invented China's first dual-drum mobile batch asphalt mixing plant, advancing the mechanization process of asphalt mixing in China. NFLG's innovations in the field of asphalt recycling technology are impressive, especially its development of RAP aggregate fine stripping and recycling plant, which successfully converts waste asphalt into high-quality recycled material, achieving resource recycling and maximizing economic benefits.
Mr. Yang, Global Marketing Director of NFLG, delivered a speech titled "NFLG on the Road," outlining the company's nearly 30-year journey, during which it has continuously created "industry firsts" in the fields of engineering mixing, material handling, and C&D waste treatment. He highlighted NFLG's robust product ecosystem and its leading position and profound strength as green building material processing & recycling system provider in hot recycling asphalt technology. Additionally, NFLG is speeding up its internationalization, starting from the "Maritime Silk Road" and expanding along the "Belt and Road" countries, actively showcasing the international style of a national brand.
As the first user, Chairman Hua Fugen of Hangzhou Huatian Asphalt Concrete Co., Ltd., shared the successful cooperation with NFLG. He pointed out that NFLG's first hot recycling asphalt mixing plant has helped produce over 5 million tons of recycled material, achieving a high recycling material addition ratio of up to 50%, significantly enhancing economic benefits.
Chairman Fang predicted the arrival of the asphalt recycling era 20 years ago. Today, China’s asphalt recycling technology has surpassed that of Europe and the United States, achieving a leap from simple, low-ratio recycling to advanced, high-ratio addition following precise stripping and screening. He emphasized that the pursuit of technology never stops. NFLG will continue to collaborate with industry peers to explore new processes and equipment for asphalt recycling, jointly promoting industry progress. In the future, NFLG will be committed to green, intelligent, and sustainable road construction, unlocking the limitless potential of asphalt recycling technology.
