Querying SQL Server Fundamentals
This is an introductory course in the SQL Server relational databases and T-SQL Language. As such it is a good starting point for gaining proficiency and experience in T-SQL (Transact SQL) and a first step in the SQL Server learning path. The main goal of the training is to introduce the use of the SELECT statement for creating simple to complex queries in a SQL Server Database. The training is developed with focus on gathering of hands-on experience.

PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst
This course will discuss the various methods and best practices that are in line with business and technical requirements for modeling, visualizing, and analyzing data with Power BI. The course will also show how to access and process data from a range of data sources including both relational and non-relational data. This course will also explore how to implement proper security standards and policies across the Power BI spectrum including datasets and groups. The course will also discuss how to manage and deploy reports and dashboards for sharing and content distribution. Finally, this course will show how to build paginated reports within the Power BI service and publish them to a workspace for inclusion within Power BI.

Mastering SQL Server for Database Developers
The class teaches students tips and tricks for writing highly efficient, performant and scalable stored procedures, batches, transactions. Participants will be shown how to properly code functions, joins, sub-queries, CTEs, and modularize their data access layer code for effectiveness. They will learn how to change their code and use specific code constructs to get the best performance and scalability. Attendees will see some untraditional techniques to get the optimal code performance and avoid pitfalls. Additionally, students will learn the root causes of locking, the role of properly written search arguments, the importance of index optimizations, and the stored procedure parameterization benefits and issues. They will understand how to avoid specific pitfalls in logical database design, how to write effective code and avoid code problems. They will be aware of upcoming technologies in new versions.

DP-3012: Implementing a Data Analytics Solution with Azure Synapse Analytics
This is a single day Instructor Lead Course designed to give the learners instruction on the SQL dedicated and serverless Spark pools and providing instruction of data wrangling and the ELT process using Synapse Pipelines which is very similar to those familiar with Azure Data Factory (ADF) to move data into the Synapse dedicated pool database.

SQL Server High Availability and Disaster Recovery Solutions
The course goal is to dive into SQL Server Technologies and solutions that support and provide service and database availability, to understand, maintain and support them in real environments.
It is very important to know the way availability solutions work to design, implement, and maintain critical production systems and align to SLAs. Developing an overall understanding and familiarity of the basic features and different implementations is relatively simple. What is trickier to develop however, is an understanding of the mechanics (or internals) of Clustering, Availability Groups and Log Shipping and gaining experience of how to manage large scale and critical systems.
This training gives you the important aspects to gain a good understanding of how the Clustering, Log Shipping and Availability group technology works so that you can design, build, and manage a reliable availability solution. It covers HADR in hybrd and cloud environments.
