2025 Podcasts Resolutions
Lower Street
We make podcasting easy for brands. Skip the "awkward years" & launch a great series right away
I’m going to go ahead and assume your 2025 resolutions look something a little like this:
- Finally launch that brand podcast
- Get people to actually listen to my podcast
- Eat less sugar
Well, I’m really no help at the last one (I write as I already break out the Christmas chocolate I bought for my kids). But for the first two, we’ve got just the thing for you: The Brand Podcast Summit.
Two days packed with know-how and tools to create a podcast that demands attention. We want to help you nail your podcast strategy, produce a show that will help you reach your business goals, and measure those results.?
It’s all online, January 14-15th. You’ll have the chance to hear from brands like Morgan Stanley, REI, Early Warning, Red Hat and Atlassian. Plus, you’ll get first access to Signal Hill’s Brand Podcast Benchmark Report.
That’s huge — it means you’ll get to see where podcasting is today. And you can use that to your advantage to be miles ahead of your competitors before they catch up post-holiday coma.
Do your future self a favor and sign up for it today. It’s free. Yes, there will be replays if you sign up. AND first 1,000 signups are entered to win some Patagonia BPS Merch.?
Now, without further ado, I’m passing the mic to our Head of Podcast Strategy & Development Annalise, who’s opening our eyes to the potential of non-English podcasting.
International Podcasting Opportunity
What’s the most viewed podcast episode on YouTube? Go on, take a guess.
Be honest, you immediately thought of that prolific Joe Rogan episode where a cringe-worthy Elon Musk takes an awkward drag of Rogan’s spliff, didn't you?
Well, you can breathe a sigh of relief. That is, in fact, not it. Actually, it’s not a Joe Rogan episode at all.?

The most viewed podcast of all time is a 3-hour Arabic episode of a Saudi Arabian podcast about building healthy relationships. The episode of Fnjan currently has over 125 million views on YouTube– nearly double Joe Rogan’s episode with Musk.
The reality is that podcast listening is growing rapidly in the non-English speaking world. And this presents a huge opportunity for brands.
Due to quite a few reasons, podcasts in other languages have been a little slower to get to market. But when content becomes available in local languages, people do listen.
