A few weeks ago I visited LinkedIn's office in Berlin following my visit last year to their HQ in New York. Learning about what they're working on and what's coming out this year has got me very excited!
Sales Navigator is amazing, but with everything coming out it will become EVEN BETTER.
Today I'm going to share some of the new features coming out this year, and some of the new features that have come out over the last few months, that I think EVERYONE should be using and getting ready to use.
I'll even share some secret insights as well ??

Let's start with some of the newest features launched over the last few months:
1) Sales Navigator Now Usable Within LinkedIn
Historically to use Sales Navigator you've had to load it up and use it separately to LinkedIn. This was a bit of a pain going back and forth. Now however you are able to use Sales Navigator directly within LinkedIn which is incredible.
Here are some of the things you can do (I also posted about this earlier this week):
This is useful for 2 big reasons:
1) You can save leads into lists directly on LinkedIn, so if you're going through the feed or looking through the engagement and you see a potential prospect, boom one click and they're in your list.
2) You can now get some of Sales Navigators incredible insights directly on LinkedIn. This will help salespeople send better LinkedIn messages (written, audio and video) using the insights for conversation starters.
You can also now access your InMails directly in LinkedIn as well which is very helpful. No more back and forth!
2) AI Powered Insights With AccountIQ
AccountIQ has been out for a little while now but like with all things AI it's getting better and better, it also links to one of Sales Navigators newest features still in BETA which is LeadIQ (we'll cover that next).
In 2025 we've now got ENHANCED AccountIQ which takes it to a new level.
When you're on an account profile on Sales Navigator you can now get incredible (and personalised to you) insights on that company:
You can add in the product or service that you offer and AccountIQ will find insights catered to you:
This is great for people selling to companies or enterprise accounts, but the brand new LeadIQ is even more exciting...
3) Get AI Insights On Individual Decision Makers With LeadIQ
Currently in BETA testing and not officially rolled out yet, LeadIQ is bringing LinkedIn's AI to help you get personalised insights on decision makers and individuals now.
Just like with AccountIQ, the AI will source insights to help you get a better foot in the door for opening conversations and building relationships as well as finding buyer intent and potential sales opportunities.

4) Advanced LinkedIn Messaging & InMail Coming Soon
Later in 2025 LinkedIn is working on a new AI enhanced messaging platform designed to help sellers create and send better messaging.
Now don't get me wrong, like many of you I am sceptical of AI messaging.
However, I have seen some AI platforms get it right, and if LinkedIn and Sales Navigator can get it right then boy are we in for a treat!

4 天前So many amazing features (with more on the way). LinkedIn for Sales are doing an incredible job making Sales Navigator the ultimate tool for salespeople. LeadIQ is by far my personal favourite but I'm also loving the integration into LinkedIn.
