For 2025: Be a Motivator not a Demotivator

Happy 2025! Leaders, there is one great way to motivate your employees this year: stop demotivating them.

1) When you say you will get back to your employees - do it! As quickly as possible.

2) Stop giving bland feedback such as "good job." Give meaningful feedback often.

3) Listen! Listen! Listen! Your employees have great ideas - they are creative thinkers, and good problem-solvers. Listen and learn.

For 2025, resolve to be a motivator not a demotivator.
