Prioritizing requirements on Agile Projects

But the real question is the following: Prioritizing Requirements or Agile Planning?

Agile focus on Value Delivery.

How?

Through Flexibility and Prioritization.

Instead of planning every feature in advance.

We prioritize features based on Value.

One of the best ways of doing it is via the MoSCoW method.

In terms of the PMP exam, you should know ?????? ???? ??????????.

In terms of "real-life", you should know ?????? ???? ??????????????????.

Quote on the resistance:

"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind." - Romans 12:2

Every single day, the world will push you to conform.

Every single day, it is your responsibility to resist.
