As 2025 begins, I can’t help but feel energized by the incredible momentum Halyard Consulting has built and the opportunities on the horizon. It’s a time for big ideas, bold moves, and innovation.

While this newsletter is titled ?????? ?????????????? ??????????, my work schedule requires it to look more like The Halyard Weekly. I hope it doesn't become The Halyard Monthly or The Halyard Quarterly.?LinkedIn advises against changing the name entirely. So, for now, the spirit of regular updates will only live on in the title.

We’ve been working tirelessly on BoardmateAI , and I’m thrilled to tell you it’s nearly ready. Our first MVP (minimum viable product) is wrapping up testing, and the launch is just around the corner. This tool is a game-changer for small businesses—helping them make strategic decisions with AI-powered insights. My big hope is to start onboarding customers and finding accelerators and investors who believe in this vision as much as I do.

In the coming months, we’re unveiling two innovative tools that have been in the works:

? ???? ?????????????? ?????? ???????????????? ????????????????: This one’s 95% done, and I expect it to launch in January. It’s designed to make customer interactions on websites smoother and more intelligent.

? ???? ???????? ??????????????????: This is another one I’m super excited about. It will launch in February and help businesses handle customer calls more efficiently.

This year, we’re diving into something close to my heart: ????????????. We’re working on a ??????????: ?????? ?????????????????? application that players will love. I can’t spill all the beans yet, but let’s say it’s shaping up to be something special. And here’s a fun twist—we’re also exploring ideas for the ???????????????? & ?????????????? community. Who knows? This might turn into another Halyard subsidiary someday.

Gratifyingly, companies we’ve never marketed to are reaching out for meetings. It’s both humbling and exhilarating, a clear sign that our work is resonating. Moments like this make me believe 2025 has all the potential to be a breakout year for Halyard.

So, what’s on my wishlist for this year?

? Grow our client base with these new AI Agents and applications.

? If everything aligns, maybe even move out of the home office into an actual workspace (fingers crossed!).

? Build stronger relationships with organizations like the U.S. Small Business Administration and NJSBDC at NJCU School of Business , I’m also diving deeper into how to work with government agencies—it’s a steep learning curve, but I’m up for the challenge.
