Find Your Center & Enjoy Transitions?

From its first hours, 2025 promises to be a time of profound transitions and paradigm shifts.

How does this ride feel to you??

Does it excite you, challenge you, or leave you balance searching?

I can’t decide - to me it looks like a roller coaster of anticipation and uncertainty, of apocalyptic predictions and ethereal Aquarian visions.

Do you find yourself ‘lost in transition’ or wobbly from too many changes, too fast, too profound??

For the majority I know, transitions are destabilising on many levels, from individual health to political and worldly sanity. This is what strikes me as reality:

  • Mental Health Strain: Heightened anxiety and stress-related illnesses are the true world epidemic levels.
  • Personal Vulnerabilities: Physical health is seriously challenged under the demands of change and adaptation pressure.
  • Confusion and Violence: Values, principles, authority, and reliability are permanently redefined, shaking the core of our options and choices.

What I find most disturbing is the combination of information tsunami and hostility.

Information value, its personal and timing relevance require sharp discrimination - a quality rarely cultivated and often sabotaged.?

AI easily accesses and handles information quantity.?

Quality information is ours, humans to define.?

Where can we find quality, honest advice?

Traditionally, we had three sources:

  • scriptures i.e. reliable literature
  • the guru/priest/rabi i.e. trustworthy influencers
  • personal experience i.e. practical applications, trial and error learning

Instead, we have access to:

  • conflicting research and resources in excessive quantities
  • smartly polished self-proclaimed experts
  • limited time to focus on personal experience

How do YOU RESPOND to these challenges??

What I find most useful is the CULTIVATION OF SELF-CENTRING - the pursuit of stillness within core essence and mindful living.?

Far from selfishness or withdrawal from the world, my understanding of self-centring is a focus on cultivating the steady foundation within. It is based on the conviction of individual quality setting the meaning of society.

Those who brace themselves with traditionalism and stiff disciplines fail to adapt on time. A train that passes too fast and stifles through a complex railway node is going to derail.?

On the opposing side, the all-embracing information chameleons will drown in the ocean of information.

Thus, a dynamic calmness, centred within and flexible in flow is my aim and recommendation.?

Dynamic calmness is a key sign of good health, reflecting a balanced and adaptable nervous system.?

There are several ways of achieving DYNAMIC CALMNESS

  1. Assessment - The firstly required step, is a sincere, in-depth, reality check of the present condition.
  2. DETOX? as removal of obstacles:

Physical: elimination of toxins and tensions of all kinds.

Emotional detox: attention to emotional negativity? -? not as a mindless removal of all negativity but as a healthy integration of all life experiences.

Mental detox: from intensive meditation retreats to thinking workouts, the range is vast.

In this category, the most unpopular recommendation is to drop one’s preferred mind-altering addiction.?

Strangely, in general,? this is about the avoidance of cannabinoid substances while, in particular, is about everyone’s weak point - from excessive coffee to alcohol, harmless chocolate, movies, sex, or even addiction to spirituality.?

It is so important to do this detox SMARTER and not harder! This is why I plan to develop this subject in the next newsletters.?

3. TRAINING

Individually adapted training with daily practice and including long-term and short-term adjustments.?

4. Maintenance?

You’ve heard the adagio: focus on the journey not just the destination.

When people ask how long will it take to heal the X complaint, I always say: it depends on you!
