A- TRANSPORT

• The two localities of Khanh Hoa and Lam Dong have just submitted a document to the Prime Minister proposing an investment plan to build the Nha Trang (Khanh Hoa province) - Da Lat (Lam Dong province) expressway with a total investment of more than 25,000 billion VND under the public-private partnership (PPP) method, a BOT contract with the participation of state capital. • The Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City has just submitted to the City People's Committee a draft of the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2026 - 2030. In which, it mentioned the expected capital to implement 6 urban railway lines. Specifically, the public investment capital demand for the Project to Develop the Urban Railway System of Ho Chi Minh City in the period 2026 - 2030 is 21.7 billion USD (equivalent to more than 514,000 billion VND). • The Ministry of Transport (MOT) recently submitted to the Government a plan to study and plan two railway routes connecting China: Hanoi - Dong Dang and Hai Phong - Ha Long - Mong Cai. Link
