2024 Year in Review and Reflections

As we close out 2024, let’s take a moment to celebrate the year’s achievements and milestones. This has been a huge year for our business, marked by strengthening partnerships, bold initiatives, and unwavering commitment to our values.

This year, we introduced a new brand identity, launched a refreshed website, and reaffirmed our core values. These changes are helping shape our future direction while reinforcing the principles that define us. We also prioritized employee engagement and recognition through initiatives such as:

• Quarterly and Long-Service Employee Awards, celebrating outstanding contributions.
• Monthly Team Updates and News Bulletins, keeping us aligned and informed.
• Weekly Fun Fridays and Knowledge Hub Channels, fostering camaraderie and continuous learning.

On the innovation front, we made significant advancements in our product portfolio, thanks to our focus on research and development. Highlights included:

• New AI-driven features designed to enhance fraud prevention and streamline operations
• Enhanced security modules
• Web based Kafka manager simplifying stream management
• Web based operations and monitoring plugins
• Dashboards and reporting on-the-go for Revenue protection analysis

We delivered over?50?professional services projects, showcasing our ability to execute complex, high-value solutions. Our systems also processed more than?10?trillion events this year, providing customers with the operational certainty they rely on to support their own growth trajectories.

Participation in industry events, including?MWC Barcelona?and the?GSMA Fraud and Security (FASG 30) Working Group, was another highlight. These events enabled us to share insights into how our solutions—driven by AI and machine learning—empower mobile network operators to combat fraud, enhance security, as well as open up monetization opportunities on the events processed.

Internally, I've been proud of how our teams have shown extraordinary dedication and expertise, while our partners have played a pivotal role in driving mutual success.

As we look to 2025, we are committed to building on this momentum. Our focus remains on delivering innovative products, enhancing customer experiences, as well as managing growing demands with precision and agility.
