This comprehensive ecosystem and unprecedented scale delivers real results. Our February study with Cardiac Solutions demonstrated the impact: patients enrolled in RevUp experienced 50% fewer 30-day hospital readmissions compared to non-enrolled patients. This wasn't just an incremental improvement - it was achieved against an already strong baseline. These results validate our core belief: greater scale and deeper integration lead to better outcomes and more sustainable healthcare delivery.
