When I reflect on this year, I'm struck by how every training session, every safety protocol, every mentoring moment is a chance to prevent harm and unlock human potential. From teaching over 600 employees across diverse industries to continuing my volunteer work supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities, my mission remained constant: create safer, more supportive environments where everyone can thrive.
This year marked significant milestones in my professional journey. Obtaining my IOSH Train the Trainer certification and CSCS White Card weren't just personal achievements—they were tools to amplify my impact. Each certification represents another opportunity to shift workplace cultures from compliance to genuine care.
