2024: A Year of Growth, Collaboration, and Reflection

2024 was so busy that I’m not even sure where it went. Professionally, my work at Logically brought so many incredible moments that listing them all would be impossible. From a personal perspective, my music took a backseat – something I plan to fix in 2025.

This past year once again proved that true organizational transformation isn’t just about processes or technology. It’s about understanding the intricate and beautiful "Human Operating System" that drives innovation, connection, and joy in our daily work.

At Logically, we didn’t just expand Delivery Operations – we reimagined how teams collaborate. By integrating Procurement, Quoting, Sales Support, Inventory Control, Facilities, Travel, the PMO, and our new Customer Concierge department, we’ve created more than just a new structure. We built a living, breathing ecosystem where human potential could truly flourish.

Three moments this year really brought that journey to life for me:

3. The 31-Day Writing Challenge: This challenge became a metaphor for transformation. From struggling to start, to completing nearly 30,000 words, I learned how consistent practice transforms potential into performance. Check out my journey here.

Beyond these professional highlights – being invited to play a 2-hour set at LogicON, appearing on the Discipline Conversations podcast, and expanding our Delivery Operations framework – 2024 was about one simple truth: technology serves humanity, not the other way around.

Looking ahead to 2025, we’re focused on more than just optimizing systems. We’re designing environments where people thrive, where technology amplifies human potential, and where we find joy in our daily work.
