1 年I don't know if we are quite there yet, interested to see how this topic develops alongside AI...Better Insights, Personalisation and Targeting, in theory one of the great use cases for AI is you generate personalised communications based on preferences. I can't say I have good examples of it yet, but I am sure it is one for the future.
